With the advancements in today's drone technology, it is very unlikely that a drone will crash. Our drones are equipment with nineteen, 360 degree, 1 inch, obstacle avoidance sensors and high precision, omni directional ultrasound technology, that will automatically activate within 30 ft. of any obstacle. However, in the unlikelihood that a drone does crash, we maintain PL & PD insurance.
Our drones are heavy duty, commercial style vehicles, capable of flying is storm weather and gale force winds. Many of our aerial vehicles are also used for emergency response and search & rescue operations.
The Comprehensive Visual Drone Inspection is the same as the Comprehensive Visual On-site, "walk-the-roof", Inspection. Like the "walk-the-roof" inspection, we only inspect, that which is visible to us at the time of inspection. If some roof anchors are located under patio stones, on resident balconies or terraces, it is the responsibility of the client to provide us with access to those Roof Anchors so that we can conduct the visual inspection. This same condition applies to the "walk-the-roof" method.
These conditions are standard throughout the industry and among our competitors.
Regardless if your visual inspection passes or doesn't pass, we will send you an email to confirm that your Roof Anchor inspection has been successfully completed.
